HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Happy New Year!! We hope everyone had a wonderful Holiday just like we did.

2009 was a fantastic year for Martelli Photography and we are so excited to see what 2010 brings. It's now the middle of January (already??) and Shannon and I are waiting any day now for our little Emma to get here!

Since we are in need of some serious updating of photos, I am going to post some of my favorites from the past few months. We have been busy with weddings, family portraits, engagement sessions, children sittings, maternity and band shoots. Whew!

Also, this past weekend Shannon and I were able to join our friends Ryan and Erik for their romantic wedding at Rose Bank Winery. Shannon was so happy that Emma waited for her debut so that she could be a guest and I was able to grab some beautiful images. I can't wait to show these pictures!

MATERNITY - MARTELLI TOO

It's been a while since we last posted and now there is a TON of new material!! I will do my best to post images soon, but for now here is a peak of a maternity shoot that Shannon did a few weeks ago at Ridley Creek Park...enjoy!

RACHEL & WILLIAM - ENGAGEMENT SESSION

Anyone that knows me, knows that I am a HUGE Philadelphia sports fan! So when Rachel and William told me that they wanted their engagement pictures taken at the home of the Philadelphia Flyers, I was more then excited!

Their wedding date is set for October 30th...hence the jersey numbers! How cool was that?

As you can see, I was not leaving without getting some shots for myself (couldn't resist!!)

COURTNEY & DANNY - WEDDING

When Courtney and Danny first asked me to photograph their wedding day, I knew that it would be more of a fun day out then working. These two, their wedding party, family & friends sure know how to have a good time! Shannon and I were able to capture all the moments of this fantastic wedding and couldn't be happier with the results. Best wishes to both Courtney and Danny "Gunz"!!

OLIVIA - CHILDREN'S PORTRAIT SESSION

A few weeks ago I was able to photograph six month old Olivia at her home and got some great shots! Here are just a few of my favorites! Ill post some more with the tutu later...she is just too adorable! Shannon and I found out that we are having a little girl so it was a lot of fun to see what we have to look forward to soon.

Shannon and I are currently booking children's photoshoots for the fall time aka fun time!!

This is, hands down, our favorite time of the year...and of course we want to tag along with our clients to their favorite fall activities. Everyone loves a good hayride, apple picking, pumpkin carving, Halloween party, (I could go on and on....and on) so why not have some great photographs to go along with the memories??

LIZZI & TONY - WEDDING

We are so blessed to have so many friends that continue to support and book with Martelli Photography. Recently I was on hand to photography Lizzi (a longtime friend) and Tony's wedding. This gorgeous wedding showed their Irish heritage from the ceremony to the reception...complete with bagpipes and traditional Irish Dancing.

It was a great time had by all at the Ballroom at the Ben in Philadelphia. Congrats!!

BELLA - CHILDREN'S PORTRAIT SESSION (martelli too)

Shannon was able to photography Bella the other weekend and she was such the lil' cutie! This girl loves the camera and can't get enough of having her picture taken. The camera seemed to love her too! This was Shannon's first shoot with lights and in a studio without my help...I think she did a good job!
